From the first time I met you, you were very professional, knowledgeable & had the energy I was looking for. We listed the property and you found a buyer within 2 weeks. Getting the offer was the easy part and I believe this turned out to be a bigger challenge than you imagined. After a couple of counteroffers, we all settled on price and terms. Unfortunately, the buyer never wired the deposit and ultimately backed out of the deal. Even after backing out, you felt they were legitimate buyers and continued to engage both parties for a couple of weeks. I wasn't too excited about re-engaging them since they backed out but you continued to work on it and we were able to come to terms again. This time buyers didn't back out but we incurred many additional hurdles up to the last day. Through the whole process, you stayed professional and optimistic and worked on resolving each issue as they appeared until the deal closed. In addition, you kept us informed and was always available for a phone call. If you weren't available, you were diligent in returning a call or text as soon as possible.
